Who We Are
In response to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Catholic Charities, as a ministry of the Archdioceses of Newark, serves the poor and marginalized and advocates for their needs in order to promote the inherent dignity and worth of all people without regard to race, religion, or culture.
What We Do
The Upbeat Youth Resiliency Program provides weekly group activities for young people ages 7-13 in Jersey City.
Group activities are designed to build resilience and
provide positive in-person social interactions.
