We are seeking a volunteer to support our initiative to transition from paper-based to electronic systems by assessing current processes to determine if it’s possible to do with the current systems/technology at our disposable. Making recommendations and suggestions on the least costly way to digitize documents and supporting the implementation of efficient, technology-driven workflow.
Qualifications: Mix of technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience with digital organization systems such as Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint, or a document management software.
Training Required: Professional Training
Time Requirements (Scheduling): Immediate but flexible
Dress Code: Casual Business
