Who We Are
In response to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Catholic Charities, as a ministry of the Archdioceses of Newark, serves the poor and marginalized and advocates for their needs in order to promote the inherent dignity and worth of all people without regard to race, religion, or culture.
What We Do
Residential Group Living Services consists of six (6) residential programs. Three (3) are located in Jersey City and three (3) are located in Union City.
They serve severely and persistently mentally ill consumers and those with co-occurring disorders, who have been recently discharged from state or county psychiatric hospitals. The 6 sites are divided into levels A and B, depending on the amount of supervision and intensity of services the program provided, with level A+ being the most intensive.
