Who We Are
In response to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Catholic Charities, as a ministry of the Archdioceses of Newark, serves the poor and marginalized and advocates for their needs in order to promote the inherent dignity and worth of all people without regard to race, religion, or culture.
What We Do
Franciska Residence is a 14-bed transitional housing program that improves the daily living skills, stabilizes the health, increases knowledge about the HIV/AIDS virus and available community resources, and assists in the process of securing a permanent living situation for men and women in Jersey City living with HIV/AIDS.
